Supporting Positive Change
BIG (Behaviour Intervention and Growth) is dedicated to providing specialist behaviour support that transforms lives and empowers individuals to thrive.
Why We Do What We Do
BIG was founded with a clear mission: to provide high-quality, compassionate behaviour support that makes a real difference in people's lives.
We understand that behaviours of concern often arise from unmet needs, communication challenges, or environmental factors. Our approach focuses on understanding the 'why' behind behaviours and developing strategies that address root causes.
Our team is passionate about reducing restrictive practices and promoting positive supports that enhance quality of life, independence, and community participation for all NDIS participants we work with.
We are deeply passionate about the work we do and the people we support. Our commitment goes beyond delivering services, we strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families. Every participant is treated with respect, compassion, and genuine care, because we believe positive change starts with understanding, trust, and human connection.

Behaviour Support Practitioner & Team Leader
Growing up alongside my two brothers with autism shaped my values and the way I approach my work. With an Honours degree in Psychology and a Masters underway, I bring both lived and professional experience to my practice. I believe meaningful support comes from understanding the person, working alongside them and those who know them best, with empathy, consistency, and cultural humility at the centre of it all.
